Help Wanted: Personal Assistant and Property Manager
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant and Property Manager to join our team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent computer and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate prospective tenants, conduct credit and background checks
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including lease signings and move-in processes (30 properties).
- Enforce lease agreements, timely rent collections, and property rules and regulations
- Supervise maintenance staff to coordinate property maintenance, maintaining deadlines, and renovation projects
- Assist in off-site and on-site marketing
- Set up and maintain lease files.
- Perform other job related duties as required
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Answer phone and make calls as needed
- Process accounts payable.
- Reconcile company receipts.
- Cross reference receipts with credit card statements.
- Review insurance policy and vehicle maintenance
- Process accounts receivable.
- Maintain efficient, thorough record keeping systems.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Highly organized and driven to meet deadlines and goals
- An excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing
- An experienced computer user proficient in Google Sheets and Docs
- Ability to learn and use new software
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Previous experience in office management is required.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities
